This 2 gallon water jug from Rubbermaid is sturdy and good quality overall. Being able to pour from the top or from the bottom spout is a useful option and the jug works well at keeping liquids cold even in very warm weather. Two things that could improve the jug's design are: - Make the top easier to screw on. Sometimes, the top can be a little annoying as you need to make sure it's on squarely or it will not screw on properly. - Somehow fiuring out how to make the bottom spout a little easier to use. It can be difficult for a child to use and it doesn't stick out far enough to easily get a larger cup underneath. Overall though, a very worthwhile purchase
