The HomePatrol-1 is also mobile and runs off battery, AC or DC power sources. With the HomePatrol-1 in your vehicle you can hear about road and traffic conditions all along your route. HomePatrol-1 automatically monitors local agencies (requires GPS receiver accessory not included) as you drive so you can stay informed on local traffic and road conditions.

Natural disasters and severe weather can strike without warning. Stay alert to hear about severe weather and prevent potential disaster by getting real time information directly from local sources, even before alerts are issued. When not listening to other channels your HomePatrol-1 can automatically monitor the NOAA weather alert channels and alert you if necessary.

The included HomePatrol Sentinel software makes it easy to update HomePatrol-1's database of radio information. Plus, it lets you quickly create favorites lists so you can target just those channels you are interested in.
